This 26 page paper considers the way in which globalization has impacted on the international economy, and the way in which different nation state economies have become interdependent and are heavily influenced by external events. The paper starts by looking at the influences that have caused and supported globalization assessing the way in which these have impacted on the international economy. The paper then goes on to look specifically at the way in which the international political economy can be seen as contributing and interacting with the Euro crisis which began emerging in the Eurozone in 2010.
